1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges for products that are:

  • Defective or damaged upon delivery

  • Incorrect items received due to our error

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of purchase along with proof of receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened software or consumables (e.g., printer cartridges)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items beyond the 7-day return period

3. Refund Process

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method or via store credit.

4. Repairs and Warranty Claims

Products under warranty will be repaired or replaced according to manufacturer guidelines. Customers are responsible for delivery or courier charges when sending items for warranty service.
